Your Guide to Comfortable Bed for a Quality Sleep - Capell Flooring

A comfortable night sleep is something we all desire. Aside from sleeping the right
number of hours, the bed is vital to how rested we feel in the morning.

Building up from the mattress, start by protecting that mattress with a waterproof cover, then add one to two inches of memory foam. Consider adding an extra layer of comfort with an egg-crate-style mattress pad. Even if you have a foam-topped mattress, you'll understand these additional levels of comfort after your first night sleep. To keep these layers in place, add a sheet gripper.

Next, choose the best sheets. People often attribute thread count to comfort in a bed sheet, but the material they're woven from plays a significant role. Sheets with a blend of cotton and polyester will wrinkle less, but cotton sheets breath better. Cotton sheets with a lower thread count feel crisper against the skin. The higher the thread count goes, the softer the sheets feel. Plus, there are linen sheets, which are better when it’s hot.

Rest your head on the right pillow. There are many options from feather, buckwheat hulls, and foam-filled to ventilated and therapeutic pillows. Learn more about choosing the best pillow before deciding to buy.

Finally, pick the right comforter. This too may vary based on personal preference, climate, season, and the weight you enjoy.

Of course, finish off the look with decorative elements - pillows, a bed skirt, throw blanket, or any other item that gives your bed a perfect home feel.

I hope you find the best comfort and quality sleep possible.
