Dear Friends,
I hope your fall is off to a great start! Even though it’s
been a while since I was in school, I still get a bit nostalgic every time
September rolls around and the stores are filled with notebooks, backpacks, and
pencils. The start of a new school year could be a bit scary if you were
staring in a new school, but it was also a chance to make new friends,
reconnect with old ones, and learn so many new things.
Luckily, I still get to have those same experiences today.
Each new day is an opportunity to meet new customers, reconnect with past ones
(sometimes even generations of the same family working with us over the
years!), and learn more about flooring and about our customers’ needs. I truly
believe that one of the things that sets
