Let’s face it, I’m biased.
I was born in downtown Boise’s St. Luke’s Hospital and grew up in South
Meridian. After going off to school, I
got married and came back. The Treasure Valley is a great place to live, and I wanted
to give you a perspective from a small business owner that owns Capell Flooring
and Interiors that was born and raised here.
Although, the population has grown a lot since I was born in
the 1970’s, Boise still is relatively small compared to other cities in the
Northwest. You have a smaller town feel,
but you also have all the amenities
Boise is what I would call the best of both worlds. To further explain, Boise is large enough to
have lots of options, events, and things to do.
On the flip side, it is small enough that you can get to know your neighbors
and you can experience some great and genuine Idaho hospitality. I see Boise as having common ground and a
good give and take between the size of the town and things to do.
